摘要：目的:了解甘肃道地药材当归采收及产地加工方法现状,助力甘肃道地药材产业实现可持续发展。方法:在主产区对当归采收、加工、市场销售等环节进行实地走访调查。结果:整理了当归采收及产地加工核心工艺,剖析了当归产地加工规范化过程中原料产地溯源模糊、主流加工标准化程度偏低、加工设施与技术水平适配度不足、仓储物流及交易市场基础设施滞后、传统加工技艺传承断层等亟待解决的问题。结论:可通过构建全链条溯源体系、推进加工标准化升级、延伸产业链条、完善仓储监管设施、强化人才培育与技术创新等策略,突破产业发展瓶颈,推动甘肃当归产业提质增效和可持续发展。
Objective:To investigate the current status of harvesting and primary processing methods of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,a genuine medicinal material in Gansu province,and to support the sustainable development of the genuine medicinal material industry in Gansu.Methods:Field visits and investigations were carried out in the main producing areas of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,focusing on harvesting,processing,and market sales.Results:The core technologies of harvesting and primary processing of Angelicae Sinensis Radix were documented.Additionally,urgent problems in the standardized primary processing of Angelicae Sinensis Radix were analyzed,including unclear traceability of raw materials,limited standardization of mainstream processing,disconnect between processing facilities and technical capabilities,inadequate infrastructure of warehousing,logistics,and trading markets,as well as disruption in the transmission of traditional processing techniques.Conclusion:Strategies such as whole-chain traceability system construction,processing standardization upgrade,industrial chain extension,warehousing and supervision facility improvement,as well as talent cultivation and technological innovation can be adopted.These measures aim to overcome the bottlenecks of industrial development,promoting improvements in quality and efficiency,as well as the sustainable development of the Angelicae Sinensis Radix industry in Gansu province.
