摘要：在陇中地区,养蜂具有悠久的历史,蜂蜜和蜂蜡等蜂产品是当地有名的特产。长期以来,陇中养蜂人采用残忍的"一锅煮"方式割取蜂蜜,求食求物的需要与杀生的罪孽感出现冲突,养蜂人便用蜂蜡制作蜡烛敬神祭祖来进行自我心理安慰。"用物"是指人类利用甚至杀戮或食用动物,类似于"一锅煮"割蜜的残酷现象在"用物"过程中经常出现,出现一种伦理困境。应该确立反残酷的基本理念,禁止虐食、虐杀、虐取、虐玩、虐养行为,赋予"用物"最低限度福利。要坚持人文精神,对中国传统饮食文化予以扬弃,并汲取西方动物福利观念中的精髓。
Beekeepers have a long history in Longnan area and the honey and beeswax are the famous local specialties. For a long time,beekeepers use a cruel practice- one pot process- cutting honey from nest and conflicts arise between desire to hunt food and killing sin. Cause of this,beekeepers find a way to comfort themselves,that is use beeswax to make candles to worship ancestor. Benefit from something means human being take advantage of something,killing or eating animals,similar to cruel practice on killing bees for honey via one pot process. This appear often in ' benefit from something',that's an ethical dilemma.We shall establish basic ideas of the anti- cruelty,stop behavior of child food,murder,abuse,abuse raises,empower lowest benefits for take advantage of something. To adhere to humane spirit,to discard the traditional Chinese dietetic culture and absorb the essence of the western concept of animal welfare is needed.
