摘要:目的通过对某高校中西医临床医学本科专业学生《中西医妇产科学》试卷分析,全面了解学生对这门课的学习情况,以期改善试题不足,为教学改革,提高本科教学质量提供依据。方法选取甘肃中医药大学中西医结合学院2017级中西医临床医学本科专业全科班中西医妇产科学期末考试试卷为研究对象,采用经典教育测量学原理和方法,以试卷信度、难度、区分度和效度为指标对试卷进行分析。结果应试学生58名,平均成绩(74.40±8.10)分,;试卷cronbachα系数0.76;难度系数0.74;区分度0.21;效度0.56。结论试题难度适中,区分度、信度良好,效度达到基本要求。但试卷基本知识点占分比率过高,综合应用类试题比例较低,在今后的教学过程中应加强学生分析和实践能力的培养。
Objective The results and quality of the examination papers of traditional Chinese and western medicine undergraduate major in a university were analyzed to understand the quality of examination papers and students’learning situation,in order to improve the lack of test questions,and to provide a basis for teaching reform and improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.Methods The final examination papers of obstetrics and gynecology of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the 2017 undergraduate course were selected as the research objects.Applying the principles and methods of classic educational measurement,we evaluated the difficulty,discrimination,validity and reliability of the test paper.Results 58 students took the test,with an average score of(74.40±8.10);Test paper Cronbach cut coefficient 0.76;Difficulty coefficient 0.74;Degree of differentiation,0.21;Validity of 0.56.Conclusion The difficulty of examination paper is moderate and the discrimination is better,the reliability was good and the test was credible and effective.However,the proportion of basic knowledge points in the test paper is too high,and the comprehensive application question is low.Teacher should strengthen the cultivation of the students’analysis and practicability in the teaching process.
