摘要：美尼尔氏眩晕症,又名美尼尔氏综合症,临床中主要的症状表现为突发性或发作性眩晕、头部胀痛、眼球震颤以及耳鸣、耳聋、耳闷、听力下降,伴随有恶心呕吐等症状。裴正学教授在治疗本病时,始终坚持“西医诊断,中医辨证,中药为主,西药为辅。”十六字方针,在多年的理论及临床实践经验基础上,不断学习总结,对美尼尔氏眩晕病的辨证论治有独到见解,从“痰”论治,并以健脾化痰、平肝息风为治疗大法,采用半夏白术天麻汤为主方,结合患者不同病情加减治疗,通过临床诊疗、疗效观察,治疗此病取得了显著的效果。本文主要分析裴教授用中医中药治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的经验,并结合典型患者病例,加以介绍。
Meniere's vertigo, also known as Meniere's syndrome, the main clinical symptoms are sudden or paroxysmal vertigo, headache, nystagmus and tinnitus, deafness, stuffy ears, hearing loss, accompanied by nausea and vomiting symptoms. Professor Pei Zhengxue always insists on "Western medicine diagnosis, TCM syndrome differentiation, Chinese medicine as the main, Western medicine as a supplement." Sixteen-character guideline, based on years of theoretical and clinical experience, constantly learning and summing up the dialectical treatment of Meniere's vertigo, from the "phlegm" treatment, and to invigorate the spleen to dissipate phlegm, calm the liver to rest the wind as the treatment method, using Pinellia Baizhu Tianma Decoction (半夏白术天麻汤) as the main prescription, combined with patients with different conditions of treatment. Through clinical diagnosis and treatment and curative effect observation, the treatment of this disease has achieved remarkable results. This article mainly analyzes Professor Pei's experience in treating Meniere's vertigo with traditional Chinese medicine, and introduces it in combination with typical cases of patients.
