摘要：不寐属临床多发病,刘维忠运用血府逐瘀汤加减并结合中医单验方,本着“异病同治”的指导思想,从致病因素和病理产物“血瘀”出发,来论治血瘀型不寐水肿,疗效显著,为临床中医辨治不寐提供临证经验。
Insomnia is a frequently-occurring clinical disease.LIU Wei-zhong applied Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and combined it with traditional Chinese medicine single prescription.Based on the guiding principle of treating different diseases with the same treatment,starting from the pathogenic factor and pathological product of blood stasis.To treat blood stasis insomnia and edema has a significant effect,which can provide reference experience for clinical TCM treatment of insomnia.
