摘要：深入分析我校区护理专业教学团队建设的现状和存在的问题,明确了团队建设目标,提出优化团队结构、着力打造高水平的专业带头人、构建院校结合团队协作机制、完善团队制度、建立团队师德师风建设机制、分工协作、明确团队成员教学和科研任务、加强骨干教师和“双师型”教师培养机制、以赛促团队建设、以课程思政建设为契机加强团队建设、以网络课程和网上教学资源开发为契机促进团队建设等策略与措施,为进一步完善护理教学团队建设提供参考。
Deeply analyze the current situation and existing problems of the construction of nursing teaching team in our campus,define the goal of team construction,propose to optimize the team structure,strive to create high-level professional leaders,build a team cooperation mechanism combining colleges and universities,improve the team system,establish a team ethics construction mechanism,work division and cooperation,define the teaching and research tasks of team members,strengthen the training mechanism of backbone teachers and "double qualified" teachers strategies and measures such as promoting team building by competition,strengthening team building by taking the opportunity of Ideological & Political construction of courses,and promoting team building by taking the development of online courses and online teaching resources as an opportunity to provide reference for further improving nursing teaching team building.
