摘要：目的:通过中医食疗在肝硬化临床护理中的应用,探讨在肝硬化临床护理中应用中医食疗的机理与方法。方法:按照常规饮食护理与中医食疗护理2种方法获取临床护理资料,对比2种饮食护理效果并进行统计学分析。结果:中医食疗在肝硬化临床护理中对患者饮食、病情状况方面有良性辅助治疗作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医食疗护理在肝硬化治疗中具有积极的临床意义,应该推广中医食疗的思路和方法。
Objective： To explore the mechanism and methods of TCM food therapy applied to clinical nursing for the patients with liver cirrhosis. Method： The patients were given with routine nursing and food therapy respectively. The effects were analyzed and compared. Result： TCM food therapy acould assist the treatment and the diet for the patients, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM food therapy is positive in the treatment of liver cirrhosis, which should be promoted extensively.
