摘要:目的:通过中医食疗在肝硬化临床护理中的应用,探讨在肝硬化临床护理中应用中医食疗的机理与方法。方法:按照常规饮食护理与中医食疗护理2种方法获取临床护理资料,对比2种饮食护理效果并进行统计学分析。结果:中医食疗在肝硬化临床护理中对患者饮食、病情状况方面有良性辅助治疗作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医食疗护理在肝硬化治疗中具有积极的临床意义,应该推广中医食疗的思路和方法。
Objective: To explore the mechanism and methods of TCM food therapy applied to clinical nursing for the patients with liver cirrhosis. Method: The patients were given with routine nursing and food therapy respectively. The effects were analyzed and compared. Result: TCM food therapy acould assist the treatment and the diet for the patients, the difference showed statistical meaning (P〈0.05). Conclusion: TCM food therapy is positive in the treatment of liver cirrhosis, which should be promoted extensively.
