摘要:目的建立清瘟解毒分散片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的玄参、牛蒡子、葛根进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱填充剂:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶;流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2);检测波长:280 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:25℃。结果定性鉴别专属性强,黄芩苷进样量在0.104~0.520μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为98.72%,RSD=1.31%(n=5)。结论所建立的标准可用于清瘟解毒分散片的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Qingwen Jiedu Dispersible Tablets. Methods Radix scrophulariae, Fructus arctill and Radix puerariae in the formulation were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC with C18 column and using a mobile phase of MeOH-water-phosphonic acid (47∶53∶0.2) under the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The quanitative identification was specific. The linear range of the baicalin was 0.104-0.520 ?g (r=0.999 8) and the average recovery rate was 98.72% (RSD=1.31%, n=5). Conclusion The eatablished standard is suitable for the quality control of Qingwen Jiedu Dispersible Tablets.
