摘要：近年来,多囊卵巢综合征越来越成为影响大多年轻女性生殖孕育的疾病,其机制及治疗的明确化一直是业界探讨的重点和难点。胰岛素抵抗是通过现有文献可追溯到的较为明确的发病机制,胰岛素抵抗不仅是影响多囊卵巢综合征发生、发展的重要拐点,同样是诱导多囊卵巢综合征发展为代谢综合征的重要诱因。中医则认为该病病起于三焦,多以中焦有热为表象,法从“三焦-辛开苦降”而治,方选经典名方-半夏泻心汤以调燮升降,平和阴阳,西医联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗,在临床上可以取得较好的疗效。
In recent years,polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)has become more and more frequently affecting the reproduc-tive fertility of most young women,and the clarification of its mechanism and treatment has been the focus and difficulty of the in-dustry.Insulin resistance is a relatively clear pathogenesis that can be traced back to existing literature.Insulin resistance is not only an important inflection point affecting the occurrence and development of PCOS,but also an important inducement inducing the development of PCOS into metabolic syndrome.Traditional Chinese med icine believes that the disease originates from three jiao,mostly with heat in the coke as the appearance,the method from"three jiao-Xin Kai bitter health"and the treatment,the classic prescription-Banxia Xiexin decoction(半夏泻心汤)to adjust sub rise and fall,calm Yin and Yang,western medi-cine combined with Daying-35 treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance,can achieve good clinical fficacy.
