摘要：张士卿教授在深研经典医著的基础上,结合小儿独特的生理、病理特点,认为小儿汗证多因五脏失衡、营卫不和所致。在小儿汗证的辨证治疗方面总结出首辨常汗与病汗、次辨阳汗与阴汗、再辨实汗与虚汗的三步辨证法,并拟益气固表、调和营卫、益气养阴、清热泻脾等治法,临证用药不拘泥成方,灵活加减,疗效显著。附案例2则,以资验证。
Professor ZHANG Shiqing,based on his deep study of classic medical works and combined with the unique physiological and pathological characteristics of children,holds that the disease of sweat syndrome in children is mostly caused by the imbalance of five internal organs and the disharmony between ying and wei.In the aspect of syndrome differentiation of children’s sweat syndrome,he summarizes the method of three-step syndrome differentiation then first,distinguish normal sweat from sick sweat,then distinguish yang sweat from yin sweat,and finally,distinguish real sweat from virtual sweat.It is proposed to supplement qi and solidify the exterior,reconcile ying and wei,replenish qi and nourish yin,clear away heat and diarrhea the spleen,so as to form a complete set of syndrome differentiation and treatment system.Professor ZHANG Shiqing’s prescriptions achieved remarkable efficacy by flexible addition and subtraction to the existing prescriptions instead of adhering to rigidly.Two cases are attached for verification.
