摘要：通过调查,欠发达地区中小学骨干教师(数学)的现状可归类为高中学历偏低、肩挑管理重担等九个方面;其需求在对新课程理念的缺乏、多媒体等现代教育技术知识不足等五个方面.
It has become a great task in the under-developed areas how to cultivate the key teachers of their own for the local districts and counties,while facing both shortage of fund and teacher resources.Investigation and statistics show that the current states of the key teachers in the under-developed areas come up to nine aspects,such as those who are doing teaching while in charge of school management,those who have rather low educational background.What they need are as the following---want of the ideas towar...
