摘要:目的观察当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤(原方)、原方去木通和北细辛对肾脏毒性的作用。方法将小鼠随机分4组,各组分别以生理盐水及药物灌胃,每日1次,连续给药21d。检测各组对肾脏组织中活性氧(OFR)含量、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性指标的影响。结果当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤等药物组对肾脏组织中OFR含量的升高与SOD活性的降低均有统计学意义(P<0.01);并且北细辛组对OFR含量的影响最强。结论当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤(原方)组、原方去木通组、北细辛组对肾脏均产生毒性。
Objective To approach the toxicity of Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Decoction and Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var. mandshuricum Kitag on renalis. Method To observe the SOD, OFR from the mice renalis tissue in order to prove the effect of medicine. Result The medicine-Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu and Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var. mandshuricum Kitag-can obviously increase the OFR and decrease the SOD to the mice. Conclusion The medicine-Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Decoction and Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var. mandshuricum Kitag has obviously toxicity to mice by the way to influence OFR and SOD of tissue homogenate.
