摘要：甘草具"解百草毒"之功,常在组方中起解毒、调和诸药的作用。中医药现代研究应用中,甘草解毒作用研究显得尤为重要。本文归纳甘草解毒古籍记载,并从解毒作用、解毒机制方面对相关现代研究进行整理,为甘草解毒后续研究及应用提供参考。
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma has the function of "detoxification for hundreds of herbs", and often plays the role of detoxification and harmonization of various medicines in the formulated prescriptions. Study on detoxification effect of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma has played an increasingly important role in modern research and application of TCM. This article summarized records about detoxification effect of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in ancient books, and combed relevant modern research from the aspects of detoxification effects and mechanism, with a purpose to provide references for further research and application of detoxification effect of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.
