摘要:目的研究和探讨亚麻木酚素(SDG)对治疗中老年女性骨质疏松症的临床疗效和意义。方法将2011年4月~2012年4月在该院进行骨质疏松治疗的73例中老年女性患者作为入选病例,按其意愿分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组口服亚麻钙颗,一日2袋,5 g/袋,每隔3周停药1周。结果经过3个周期的治疗,73例患者,共有54人病状得到改善,总有效率为73.97%,其中治疗组36人,有效率85.71%,对照组18人,有效率58.06%,治疗组明显高于对照组。结论亚麻木酚素(SDG)在治疗中老年女性骨质疏松症的应用中,可以有效提升患者体内骨量(BMD)和血清钙含量,改变骨组织对甲状腺旁腺激素的敏感性,重新催生新的骨基质,对骨质流失有明显的疗效。
【Objective】TO research and discussclinical efficacy and significance of secoisolariciresinol digluco- side(SDG) of older women in the treatment of osteoporosis. 【Method】 The 73 elderly women with osteoporosis treatment in our hospital from 2011 April to 2012 April were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group oral YamaGai granules; a day of 2 bags, 5 g/ bags, every 3 weeks, 1 weeks of withdrawal. 【Result】After the 3 cycle of treatment, 73 patients, a total of 54 peo- ple the symptoms were improved, the total effective rate was 73.97%, the treatment group of 36 people, with an effi- ciency of 85.71%, 18 in the control group, with an efficiency of 58.06%, the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group. 【Conclusion】Application of Secoisolariciresinol Diglucoside(SDG) in the treatment of osteoporosis in middle-aged and old women can effectively enhance the bone mass in patients with(BMD) and the content of serum calcium, bone tissue to alter the sensitivity of parathyroid hormone, to the birth of new bone matrix, and has obvious curative effect on bone loss.
