摘要：细胞自噬在维持细胞物质代谢、内环境稳定及基因组完整性等方面起重要作用,自噬功能紊乱与机体多种疾病的发生密切相关。大量研究证实,人类多种肿瘤中存在自噬异常,自噬在肿瘤发生发展的各个阶段均扮演着重要角色。中药在肿瘤的防治中起到不可或缺的作用,其具有巨大的潜力和优势。研究表明,中药能够有效减轻放疗及化疗所带来的不良反应,且能抑制肿瘤的生长和发展,其机制可能与中药单体靶向调节肿瘤细胞自噬有关,故文章着眼于中药单体对肿瘤细胞自噬的调控作用,从细胞自噬与肿瘤、中药单体对肝癌细胞自噬的调控方面将近年研究成果进行综述,以期为今后运用中药单体防治肝癌提供理论依据。
Autophagy plays an important role in maintaining cell metabolism, internal environment stability and genome integrity. Autophagy dysfunction is closely related to the occurrence of many diseases. A large number of studies have confirmed that autophagy is abnormal in a variety of human tumors, autophagy plays an important role in all stages of tumor development. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) plays an indispensable role in the prevention and treatment of cancer, which has great potential and advantages. Studies have shown that TCM can effectively reduce the adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and inhibit the growth and development of tumor, and its mechanism may be related to the targeted regulation of tumor cell autophagy by monomers of TCM. Therefore, this paper focused on the regulation of autophagy of tumor cells by monomers of TCM, and studied the relationship between autophagy and tumor and the regulation of autophagy of hepatoma cells by monomers of TCM, the research results were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer with TCM monomer in the future.
