摘要:黄芪皂苷是黄芪重要的活性成分之一,对退变软骨具有修复、保护作用。Wnt/β-catenin信号通路主要参与细胞分化、凋亡等。笔者通过阅读黄芪皂苷类相关文献,对其调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路而发挥修复、保护功效的作用靶点进行综述,旨在为黄芪皂苷的临床应用及深入研究提供依据。
Astragalus saponin is one of the important active components of Astragalus membranaceus,which can repair and protect degenerated cartilage.Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is mainly involved in cell differentiation and apoptosis.Through extensive reading of relevant literature on astragalus saponins,the author reviewed the targets of astragalus saponins regulating Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway to play the role of repair and protection,aiming to provide a basis for clinical application and in-depth study of astragalus saponins.
