摘要:目的:研究实验性肝纤维化造模方法。方法:将大鼠分为3个造模组和1个正常组,造模组分别用3种纤维化造模方法造成不同类型的肝纤维化,对比各组大鼠死亡数、体重、肝脏重量及肝纤维化程度。结果:猪血清组无死亡,但形成肝纤维化较缓慢。四氯化碳组与酒精组随着造模时间的延长死亡率逐渐上升(P<0.05),但形成肝纤维化较明显。结论:用猪血清造模比较稳定、损伤性较小,但形成肝纤维化较慢,是长期造模的较好方法、四氯化碳与酒精造模肝纤维化形成较快、但损伤较大,是短期造模的较好选择。
Objective:To study the the method of making experimental hepatic fibrosis model.Method:The rats were divided into 4 groups,3 model groups and 1 normal group.The model groups were made into different types of hepatic fibrosis with 3 methods.The death count,body weight,liver weight and fibrosis degree of each group rats were compared.Result:There was no death in porcine serum group but hepatic fibrosis forming was slow.The death rate of rats in carbon tetrachloride group and alcohol group progressive increased with the prolongation of model time(P0.05),but hepatic fibrosis forming was obvious.Conclusion:It's a good making model method for long-term model induced by porcine serum with good stability and small damage,but hepatic fibrosis forming is slow.It's a good making model method for short-term model induced by carbon tetrachloride or alcohol with fast forming,but the damage is large.
