摘要：目的:探析COVID-19中医、藏医(以下简称中藏医)病因病机,挖掘与对比中藏医抗COVID-19用药规律。方法:采用文献法,总结中藏医疫病相关古籍文献,探析COVID-19中藏医病因病机;收集国家卫健委及全国各省市卫生主管部门颁布的COVID-19中藏医防治方案,运用复杂网络分析方法(Gephi),挖掘、对比中藏医抗COVID-19用药规律,分析防治COVID-19中藏医核心药物和配伍规律等特点。结果:中医发展历史上出现众多瘟疫古籍文献,其中明末清初最多,中医认为疫戾之气为COVID-19病因,寒湿犯肺,郁而化热,湿热交结,疫毒闭肺,热入营血等是主要病机;藏医瘟疫古籍诸多,其中伏藏古籍文献最为特色,藏医认为COVID-19是由八邪失衡,激发"巴巴达",与人体固有的"生"(类似于微生物)相争而引发。复杂网络分析发现,中药防治COVID-19药物中加权度较高的有石膏、甘草、杏仁、陈皮等,边权重较高的有杏仁-葶苈子、麻黄-杏仁、麻黄-甘草等,主要以清热解毒、祛痰止咳等功效为核心药物;藏药组方中加权度较高的有牛黄、天竺黄、诃子、藏木香等,边权重较高的有牛黄-红花、牛黄-天竺黄等,主要以清肝热、肺热等功效为核心药物。甘草、红花、草果、沉香等近10首药物是中藏医共用药物,其中牛黄和乌头种类(中药附子,藏药铁棒锤)药物在两者组方药物中加权度较高。结论:本研究运用文献法和复杂网络分析法,探析COVID-19中藏医病因病机和用药规律,为COVID-19中藏医临床治疗提供参考。
Objective The goal is to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine(hereinafter referred to as Chinese and Tibetan medicine),and to excavate and compare the medication rules of anti-COVID-19 in Chinese and Tibetan medicine.Methods The ancient books and documents related to epidemic diseases of traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine were summarized by literature method,and the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine were analyzed.Collecting the prevention and treatment programs of COVID-19 issued by the National Health Committee and the health authorities of all provinces and cities in the country,and use the complex network analysis method(Gephi)to excavate and compare the drug use rules of Chinese and Tibetan medicine against COVID-19,to analyze the characteristics of the core drugs and compatibility rules of Tibetan medicine in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.Results there were many ancient books and documents on plague in the development history of traditional Chinese medicine,of which the most were in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.Traditional Chinese medicine believed that the qi of plague was the cause of COVID-19,and the main pathogenesis was that cold and dampness invaded the lung,depression turned into heat,damp and heat intersected,plague and toxin closed the lung,and heat entered Yingxue.There are many ancient plague books in Tibetan medicine,of which the ancient plague books in Tibetan medicine are the most distinctive.Tibetan medicine believes that COVID-19 is caused by the imbalance of the eight pathogens,the stimulation of"Babada"and the struggle with the inherent"life"(similar to microorganisms)of the human body.Complex network analysis found that gypsum,licorice,almond,tangerine peel,etc.were among the traditional Chinese medicine drugs for preventing and treating COVID-19 with a weighted degree of more than 10.Edge weight analysis found that almond-semen Lepidii,ephedra-almond,ephedra-licorice,etc.had higher edge weight,mainly with the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough as the core drugs.In the Tibetan medicine formula,calculus bovis,Tianzhu yellow,chebula,Tibetan aucklandia,etc.are highly weighted,while calculus bovis-safflower,calculus bovis-Tianzhu yellow,etc.are highly weighted,mainly with the effects of clearing liver heat,lung heat,etc.as the core drugs.Nearly 10 drugs such as licorice,safflower,tsaoko and aloes are shared by Chinese and Tibetan doctors,of which calculus bovis and aconite(traditional Chinese medicine aconite and Tibetan medicine iron hammer)are highly weighted in the two prescriptions.Conclusion This study uses the methods of literature review and complex network analysis to analyze the etiology,pathogenesis and medication rules of Tibetan medicine in COVID-19,providing reference for clinical treatment of Tibetan medicine in COVID-19.
