摘要：过敏性紫癜是儿童时期最常见的系统性血管炎,临床主要表现为皮肤瘀点瘀斑、腹痛、关节肿痛及血尿等。因本病的发病率逐渐上升,且重症病例增多,故探寻迅速、有效缓解过敏性紫癜临床症状的方法成为研究重点。本文就血液净化技术在儿童过敏性紫癜中的治疗作一综述。
Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura is the most common systemic vasculitis in childhood,characterized by skin petechiae,ecchymoses,abdominal pain,joint swelling pain,and hematuria,etc.Because of the increasing incidence of the disease,and severe cases increased,so finding rapid and effective ways to reduce Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura clinical symptoms has become research focus.In this paper,the blood purification technology in the treatment of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura in children was reviewed.
