摘要：李应存教授认为治疗老年咳嗽应标本兼顾,扶正固本,以宣肺不过敛,祛邪不伤正为基本原则;应用敦煌紫苏煎加减以宣肺化痰、止咳平喘为治则治疗老年咳嗽疗效满意。
Professor Li Yingcun believes that the basic principle of the treatment for senile cough should take care of both tip and root,strengthen body resistance,disperse Lung-Qi while not astringe the lung,eliminate the pathogen while not hurt healthy Qi;modified DunHuang ZiSu decoction could disperse Lung-Qi and eliminate the phlegm,stop the cough and relieve the asthma,which could obtain satisfactory effects when it was applied to treat senile cough in clinic.
