摘要:传统教学模式下,眼睛保健与美容选修课存在学生盲目选课、学习积极性不高、评价方式单一等问题,导致“教”与“学”矛盾突出,教学效果不佳。小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)作为融合线上优质资源与线下互动教学的混合教学模式,为解决上述问题提供了新思路。实施SPOC混合式教学模式后,学生的课堂参与度与互动频率提升,课程完成率与综合成绩较传统教学大幅提升;学生从被动接受转变为主动探究,学生成为知识生成者,与创新人才培养理念契合;教师从知识传授者转型为学习引导者,得以专注教学研究。SPOC混合式教学模式在优化选修课教学资源、激发学生内驱力、推动教师角色转型中具有独特价值,为高校选修课教学改革提供了可借鉴的范式,助力实现“以学生为中心”的教育目标,符合新时代高等教育高质量发展需求。
Under the traditional teaching model,the elective course on Eye Care and Beauty encountered seve?ral challenges,including students’indiscriminate selection of the course,a lack of sufficient learning motivation,and a singular evaluation method.These issues resulted in prominent contradictions between“teaching”and“learning”,ultimately leading to suboptimal teaching effectiveness.The small private online course(SPOC),as a blended teaching model that integrates high?quality online resources with offline interactive instruction,presents an innovative solution to these problems.Following the implementation of the SPOC blended teaching model,there was a no?table increase in students’classroom participation and interaction frequency.Additionally,course completion rates and overall academic performance improved significantly when compared to traditional teaching methods.Students evolved from passive recipients of knowledge into active explorers who generate their own understanding?an approach that aligns with the philosophy of fostering innovative talent.Teachers transitioned from being mere transmitters of knowledge to facilitators of learning,enabling them to concentrate more on pedagogical research.The SPOC blended teaching model offers distinct advantages in optimizing elective course resources,enhancing students’in?trinsic motivation,and facilitating a transformation in teachers’roles.It serves as a valuable reference for reforming elective course instruction within higher education institutions while contributing towards achieving a“student?centered”educational paradigm that meets the demands for high?quality development in contemporary higher education.
