摘要：目的:初步观察举元煎治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将92例患者随机分为治疗组(60例),对照组(32例),治疗组采用举元煎加减治疗,对照组采用抗生素治疗。结果:治疗组临床有效率为88.33%,对照组为59.38%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),结论:举元煎治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎有显著疗效。
Objective： To preliminarily observe the clinical effect of Qixu Xueyu style chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Juyuan decoction. Methods： 92 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （60 cases） and control group （32 cases）. In the treatment group, the patients were treated by Juyuan decoction; In the control group, the patients were treated by antibiotics. Results： The effective rate was 88.33% in the treatment group, and 59.38% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Juyuan decoction had significant effect in the treatment of the Qixu Xueyu style patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
