摘要：卫生毒理学是预防医学专业本科生必修的专业基础核心课程。教学中发现,该课程涉及的基本概念多,且大部分概念晦涩难懂,导致学生上课注意力不集中,教学效果不佳。该文针对这一突出问题,尝试将食品安全与环境卫生案例相结合,取得了较好的教学效果,加深了学生对概念的理解与记忆,提升了卫生毒理学教学质量。
Hygiene toxicology is a compulsory professional basic core course for undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine.In the teaching,it is found that the course involves many basic concepts,and most of the concepts are obscure,which causes the students to lose concentration in class,and the teaching effect is not good.In response to this outstanding problem,food safety and environmental sanitation cases has been introduced to the teaching,having achieved better teaching results,deepened students'understanding and memory of concepts,and improved the quality of hygienic toxicology teaching.
