摘要：总结张士卿教授临床治疗婴儿腹泻日久不愈的经验。腹泻是儿科常见病、多发病,婴儿更易患此病,因其“脏腑娇嫩,形气未充”,临床医生较难把握遣方用药。张教授从脾虚湿胜来辨证,以参苓白术散加减来施治,取得了良好的疗效。附两则案例以资印证。
Summarized Zhang Shiqing＇ s experience on treating infantile diarrhea not being cured for long time. Diarrhea is common and frequently-occurring disease in pediatrics. Infants suffer from this disease more easily because infants＇ vescera is delicate and organs function is not perfect. Clinician feel difficulty in treating the disease. being cured for effect by adding Though syndrome differentiation Professor Zhang Shiqing considered that infantile diarrhea not long time is insufficiency of the spleen and excessive dampness, and made notable curative or reducing drugs with Shenling Baizhu powder.
