摘要:农村学生的高等教育选择行为,既关系到农村学生的前途和未来,也关乎到教育公平。长期以来,关于农村学生高等教育选择的研究主要关注家庭社会资本、家庭所属阶层等外在结构性因素的影响,却忽略了农村学生及其家庭在高等教育选择过程中的主体性及理性。文章以国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县之一的M县为调查区域,在实地调查的基础上提出农村学生高等教育选择的行为分为工具理性、经济理性和社会理性三种类型。工具理性是农村学生高等教育选择的必要条件,经济理性是农村学生高等教育选择的应有之举,社会理性是农村学生高等教育选择中的根本动因。要提升农村学生高等教育选择的效果和质量,既要农村学生在高等教育选择过程中展现出充分的理性,也依赖于外在社会结构的优化。
Rural students'higher education choice behavior relates not only to their future prospects but also to educational equity.For a long ti me,research on rural students'higher education choices has mainly focused on the influence of external structural factors such as family social capital and family class affiliation,while neglecting the subjectivity and rationality of rural students and their families in the higher education selection process.This study takes M County,one of the key counties for national rural revitalization assistance,as the survey area.Based on field investigations,this research proposes that rural students'higher education choice behaviors can be divided into three types:instrumental rationality,economic rationality,and social rationality.Instrumental rationality is the necessary condition for rural students'higher education choices,economic ration?-ality is the appropriate approach for rural students'higher education choices,and social rationality is the fundamental motivation in rural students'higher education choices.To improve the effectiveness and quality of rural students'higher education choices,it is necessary to rely not only on the full demonstration of rationality by rural students in the higher education selection process but also on the optimization of external social structures.
