摘要：目的观察蛭龙通络胶囊联合西医常规治疗血瘀型慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法将40例血瘀型慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各20例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合蛭龙通络胶囊治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗3个疗程后比较2组治疗前后中医症状积分、尿蛋白含量、尿红细胞计数、24小时尿蛋白定量、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率及红细胞聚集指数,并比较2组的总临床疗效及中医证候疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率及中医证候疗效总有效率分别为90%,85%,对照组分别为65%,75%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后各中医症状积分均显著降低,对照组腰痛固定或刺痛积分显著降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组各症状积分降低更显著(P<0.05);2组治疗后尿蛋白含量、尿红细胞计数、24小时尿蛋白定量、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、红细胞聚集指数均显著降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论蛭龙通络胶囊可提高血瘀型慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床疗效,并可减轻患者临床症状,改善各项实验室指标。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Zhilong Tongluo Jiaonang combined with conventional western treatment for chronic glomerulonephritis with the syndroeme of blood stasis. Methods 40 patinets of chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was intervened with Zhilong Tongluo Jiaonang in addition; 4 weeks as 1 course,3 total courses in treatment. Indexes involving TCM symptomatic integrals,urinary protein,urinary red blood cell（ URBC）,24-hour urinary protein quantity,plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate（ PAR） and aggregative index of red blood cell（ AIRBC） were compared before and after treatment. Total effective rate and TCM symptom improvement were also compared between 2 groups. Results The total effective rates and TCM syndrome effective rates were 90%,85% in treatment group,while 65%,75% in control group,the differenc was significant（ P 〈 0.05）; after treatment,TCM symptomatic integrals of 2 groups decreased obviously,while changed more in treatment group,there were differences（ P 〈 0.05）. All indexes in 2 groups dropped apparently after treatment,while dropped more in treatment group,the differences were all statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhilong Tongluo Jiaonang has notalbe curative effect in treating chronic glomerulonephritis with alleviation of symptoms and improvement of test indexes.
