摘要:目的观察放射线治疗小鼠继发性泡球蚴病的疗效,探索新的非手术治疗泡球蚴病方法。方法筛选感染泡球蚴模型小鼠40只,随机分为5组,其中高能6Mev X射线组15只,6Mev能量电子线组5只,8Mev能量电子线组5只,60 Co-γ射线组5只,模型对照组10只(不作任何处理)。实验组小鼠行放射线治疗,5d后剖检,观察泡球蚴囊大体形态及超微结构变化并与模型对照组比较,评泡球蚴感染小鼠放射线治疗效果。结果与模型对照组相比较,6Mev Xray、6Mev E-ray、8Mev E-ray、60 Co-γray治疗组小鼠感染的泡球蚴囊壁组织和生发层细胞均有不同程度的改变和破坏,如线粒体肿胀、核固缩、糖原颗粒增多等,以高剂量组改变和破坏程度更显著。结论 6Mev X-ray、6Mev E-ray、8Mev E-ray、60 Co-γray治疗对小鼠泡球蚴的生长有一定的抑制作用,可使泡球蚴囊发生明显的形态学改变。
Objective To seek a new non-surgical treatment for alveolar echinococcosis by examining the therapeutic effectiveness of radiotherapy on Echinococcus multilocularis in mice. Methods Forty mice were selected for infection with E.multilocularis and were randomly divided into 5groups:agroup of 15 mice irradiated with X-rays at a dose of 6Mev,5mice irradiated with electron beams at a dose of 6Mev,5mice irradiated with electron beams at a dose of 8Mev,5mice irradiated with 60 Coγ-rays,and 10 mice in a control group(untreated).Mice in the experimental groups were irradiated with different types of rays or beams.Five days later,the mice were sacrificed and the gross morphology and the ultrastructure of the alveolar hydatid cyst were observed with an electron microscope to evaluate the curative effect of radiation therapy in mice infected with E.multilocularis compared to that in the control group. Results Compared to the control group,the treated groups had cyst wall tissue and cells that displayed different levels of changes and microscopic damage,such as mitochondrial swelling,nuclear condensation,and increased glycogen particles.These manifestations were especially evident in groups treated with higher doses. Conclusion The growth of E.multilocularis was inhibited in infected mice,and marked morphological changes were observed in the E.multilocularis cyst as a results of treatment with Xrays in a dose of 6 Mev,electron beams in a dose of 6or 8 Mev,and 60 Coγ-rays.
