摘要：5A护理模式由评估(assess)、建议(advice)、达成共识(agree)、帮助(assist)、随访(arrange)五个步骤构成,是知信行模式和延续性护理的结合。在国外已广泛应用于戒烟管理、体重管理、心血管疾病管理、慢病康复管理及癌症管理中,近年来在国内也受到越来越多关注,因此,本文介绍5A护理模式的概念、详述5A护理模式的程序,回顾性总结该模式在国内外的应用现状,分析不足并提出建议,以期为5A护理模式的应用提供理论和实践依据。
5 A nursing model consists of five steps,assess,advise,agree,assist and arrange,which is a combination of the Know-Believe-Practice model and continuous nursing.At abroad,the 5 A nursing model has been widely applied in smoking cessation intervention,weight management,cardiovascular disease management,rehabilitation management of chronic diseases and cancer management,while in China,it also has drawn more and more attention in recent years.Therefore,this paper introduces the concept of 5 A nursing model,details the procedures of 5 A nursing model,and retrospectively summarizes the current situation of the application of this model at home and abroad.In addition,the shortcomings are analyzed and suggestions are put forward with the aim to provide the theoretical and practical basis for the application of 5 A nursing model.
