摘要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为桑寄生:功效主要为祛风除湿,补肝益肾,强筋壮骨,安胎元;症靶为胎动不安、肾虚腰痛;标靶为肾虚型高血压;现代药理发现桑寄生及其有效成分等具有抗肿瘤、降血压、降血糖、降血脂及抗炎作用;本品无毒;临床使用剂量为10~30 g。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the fi eld of clinical Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is believed that Chinese taxillus herb has the following characteristics:Its effects are mainly dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,tonifying and replenishing liver and kidney,strengthening tendons and bones,tranquilizing fetus to prevent miscarriages.Its symptom targets are threatened abortions and lumbagos with a kidney deficiency syndrome,while its test index target is hypertension with a kidney deficiency syndrome.Modern pharmacology has found that Chinese taxillus herb and its effective components can play the roles of resisting tumors,reducing the blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids and antiinflammation,etc.Chinese taxillus herb is non-toxic,and its clinical dosage is 10-30 g.
