摘要：目的:观察中药内服和自拟痤疮软膏外用治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:72例患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例采用口服中药联合皮损局部外用自拟痤疮软膏,对照组36例采用单纯口服中药。结果:治疗组有效率为88.89%,对照组有效率为58.33%。差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服联合自拟痤疮软膏局部外用治疗寻常性痤疮疗效优于单纯口服中药。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of oral administration of Chinese and western medicine plus topical acne ointment in treating acne vulgaris.Methods：72 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 cases in the treated group was given TCM medicine plus acne cream;36 cases in the control group was given simple oral mo edicine.Results：The total efficacy was 88.89% in the treated group,58.33% in the control group,the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese herbs plus topical acne ointment was better than simple oral medicine in treating acne vulgaris.
