摘要:海拔3000m以上的地区称为高原地区,具有气压低、氧分压低的特点。高原病(mountain sickness,Ms)是进驻海拔3000m以上高原地区的特发病和常见病,是人体在对高原缺氧环境的适应过程中机体生理代偿或失代偿所致组织和器官负荷加重而出现的临床症候群的统称,是器官、组织、细胞等适应缺氧环境特殊状态。流行病学和临床研究表明,高原低氧对人体的各个器官和系统的损伤严重,并产生相关的疾病。文章分别叙述了在高原低氧对肺组织、消化系统、大脑、心血管系统及对免疫系统的影响。
An altitude of 3000 m above the area is called plateau area, has the characteristics of low pressure, low oxygen partial pressure.Altitude sickness (mountain sickness, MS) is in an altitude of 3000 m above and incidence of common diseases in plateau area, is the body in the anoxic environment on the plateau caused in the process of adapting to the body’s physiological compensated or decompensated tissues and organs of load and appear the clinical syndrome known collectively, is organs, tissues and cells in hypoxia environment such as adaptation to the state.Epidemiological and clinical studies have shown that the plateau low oxygen to the body’s organs and systems of damage is serious, and generate related diseases.Article describes respectively in the plateau low oxygen to the lung tissue, the digestive system, brain, cardiovascular system and affect the immune system.
