摘要：不同地区的中药炮制特色技术是中药炮制工艺学术传承的重要组成部分。为提高对传统炮制技术整体性和历史连续性的认识,从炮制理论、特色技术、特色辅料、特色工具及特色品种等方面,对北京、江西、四川、福州、新疆、青海、甘肃地区的中药炮制特色技术进行整理与总结,分析中药炮制传承及发展过程中存在的问题,提出改进措施,促使各地区炮制技术、加工方法及特色的传承与发展。
The characteristic techniques for processing Chinese medicine in different regions constitute an essential part of the academic heritage of Chinese medicine processing.To enhance the understanding of the integrity and historical continuity of traditional processing techniques,this study systematically reviews and summarizes the unique processing theories,techniques,auxiliary materials,tools,and medicinal varieties in regions such as Beijing,Jiangxi,Sichuan,Fuzhou,Xinjiang,Qinghai,and Gansu.Furthermore,it analyzes the challenges encountered in the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine processing and proposes improvement measures to promote the preservation and advancement of regional processing techniques and methods.
