摘要：目的:探究心理健康对护患关系的影响过程中职业压力的中介作用。方法:采用一般健康问卷(The General Health Questionnaire,GHQ-12)、职业压力量表(Occupational stress scale)和护士版护患关系自评问卷(Nurse patient relationship self-assessment questionnaire)对117名护士进行调查。其中,二级医院34人(29.06%),三级医院83人(70.94%)。结果:心理健康与职业压力(r=0.359,P<0.01)、护患关系与职业压力均呈显著正相关(r=0.268,P<0.01);心理健康与护患关系呈显著负相关(r=-0.346,P<0.01);职业压力部分中介了心理健康与护患关系之间的关系,心理健康对护患关系的总效应为-0.36(95%置信区间=-0.55~-0.17),间接效应与直接效应比例的绝对值为34.55%。结论:心理健康和职业压力对护患关系具有影响作用,职业压力在心理健康对护患关系的影响中起到遮蔽效应。
Objective:To explore the mediating effects of occupational stress in the process of mental health’s influence on nurse-patient relationship.Methods:A total of 117 nurses were investigated by general health questionnaire,occupational stress questionnaire and nurse-patient relationship questionnaire.Among them,34(29.06%)were from the second level hospitals,83(70.94%)from the third level hospitals.Results:There was a significantly positive correlation between mental health and occupational stress(r=0.359,P<0.01),nurse patient relationship and occupational stress(r=0.268,P<0.01);There was a significantly negative correlation between mental health and nurse patient relationship(r=-0.346,P<0.01);The part of occupational stress mediated the relationship between mental health and nurse patient relationship,the total effect of mental health on nurse patient relationship was-0.36(95% confidence interval=-0.55 ~-0.17),the absolute value of the proportion of indirect effect and direct effect was 34.55%.Conclusion:Nurses’ patient relationship have been impacted by their mental health and occupational stress,and occupational stress has a masking effect on the impact of mental health on nurse patient relationship.
