摘要：汪龙德认为脾胃之病发生,无不责之于升降,脾的运化,有赖于肝之疏泄及肾中阳气的温煦、生化与肾阴的濡润、滋养,提出脾胃病的诊断要四诊合参,重视舌脉,在治疗脾胃之病时,要注意调理气机,用药也要顺应脏腑升降特点,使脾胃升降如常,注意从肝肾调理,肝脾肾同治,重在健脾运脾;同时运用现代检测手段,重视西医诊断,强调中医辨证,以提高临床疗效。
