摘要：通过对近10年来中医药治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的相关文献进行检索和分析,从病因病机、辨证论治2个方面阐述中医药治疗儿童ASD的研究现状。现有研究证实中医药治疗ASD具有显著疗效,但存在中药的基础实验研究较少、临床循证医学研究缺乏、患儿配合度较低等不足,今后需进一步改进和加强研究,为中医药治疗本病提供科学的理论基础。
Through searching and analyzing the relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD) in recent 10 years, this paper expounds the present research situation of treating ASD with TCM from the 2 aspects of etiology and pathogenesis as well as treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Existing studies have confirmed the significant efficacy of TCM in the treatment of ASD,but there are certain deficiencies such as fewer Chinese materia medica basic experimental studies, lack of clinical evidence-based medical studies, and low cooperation degree in children, which still needs to be further improved and studied in the future, aiming at providing a scientific theoretical basis for TCM treatment of it.
