摘要：目的系统评价小儿推拿手法治疗小儿厌食症(IA)的疗效和安全。方法计算机分别检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)、PubMed、Cochrane library等数据库建库至2021年5月收录的小儿推拿手法治疗IA的临床随机对照试验(RCT)研究。依据文献筛选流程标准最终纳入26篇RCT。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果与对照组比较,小儿推拿手法对IA患儿的临床总有效率(OR=4.59,95%CI[3.56,5.92],P<0.00001)和中医证候积分(MD=-2.06,95%CI[-2.54,-1.58],P<0.00001)具有明显的改善作用、微量元素Zn(MD=5.22,95%CI[1.96,8.47],P=0.002)改善不明显,且安全性较好。结论小儿推拿手法治疗对IA的临床总有效率、中医证候积分及微量元素Zn具有改善作用,且安全性好。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of pediatric Tuina manipulation in the treatment of pediatric anorexia(IA).Methods We searched the Chinese National Knowledge Base(CNKI),China Biomedical Database(CBM),WanFang,VIP(VIP),PubMed,Cochrane library and other databases by computer from the database embellishment until May 2021 to collect the clinical randomized controlled trials(RCT)on pediatric Tuina therapy in the treatment of IA.According to the literature screening process criteria,26 RCT were finally included.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results Compared with that of the control group,the total clinical effective rate(OR=4.59,95%CI[3.56,5.92],P<0.00001)and TCM syndrome score(MD=-2.06,95%CI[-2.54,-1.58],P<0.00001)had a significant improvement effect.The trace element Zn(MD=5.22,95%CI[1.96,8.47],P=0.002)was not significantly improved and the safety was good.Conclusion Pediatric Tuina therapy can improve the clinical total effective rate,TCM syndrome score and trace element Zn in children with IA,and it has good safety.
