摘要："推拿理筋肉,刺穴通经络,整脊调骨节"的"筋-经-骨"三位一体观在中医骨伤科诸多慢性筋骨病的治疗中被广泛应用,以"筋肉""经穴""骨节"为整体,不仅对骨伤科慢性筋骨病的治疗具有重要的指导意义,同样也契合了中医学"整体观念,标本兼治"的治疗理念,往往能取得较为显著的临床疗效。随着现代生活习惯的急剧变化,颈椎病发病率显著上升,其中以颈型颈椎病最为多见,颈型颈椎病属于中医骨伤科慢性筋骨病的范畴,且青年人居多,这与长期颈项部慢性劳损密不可分,病变节点同样以"筋肉、经穴、骨节"为核心,基于此病理机制,以逆病机所治原则,在"筋-经-骨"三位一体观理论的指导下,应用调筋正脊法介导干预颈型颈椎病的急性发作阶段,临床疗效满意。该文主要从"筋-经-骨"三位一体观论述颈型颈椎病的发病,调筋正脊法作用机制及临床应用等方面,以对临床上颈型颈椎病急性期的治疗提供思路。
The concept of"tendon-meridian-bone"in the treatment of many chronic disease of bones and muscles of traumatology is widely used.By taking"tendons","acupuncture points"and"joints"as the whole,it not only has important guiding significancefor the treatment of chronic disease of bones and muscles of orthopedics but also agrees with the concept of"the overall concept,and symptoms in TCM treatment of ten can obtain relatively significant clinical effect".With modern dramatic change in lifestyle and marked increase in the incidence of cervical spondylosis,the most common type is neck type of cervical spondylosis which belongs to the category of traumatology chronic disease of bones and muscles.Most patients are young.It is closely connected with chronic strain for a long time.The lesions cores are "tendons","acupuncture points"and "joints".Based on the pathological mechanism,by inverse mechanism principle and under the guide of the concept of"tendon-meridian-bone"theory,the method of reinforcement is for the mediated intervention in acute stage of the neck type of cervical spondylosis and the clinical curative effect is satisfied.This article mainly discussed the"tendon-meridian-bone"theory,the onset of cervical spondylosis,the action mechanism and clinical application of the method of regulating tendons and strengthening ridges,so as to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of acute cervical spondylosis.
