摘要：目的破格救心汤对心脏骤停家兔复苏后心功能及心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法将家兔随机分为破格救心汤组(P组)、肾上腺素组(A组)及假手术组(S组),每组10只。制造心脏骤停模型,复苏后三组对应给药:P组(肾上腺素+破格救心汤)、A组(肾上腺素)、S组(饮用水);观察三组心功能及心肌细胞凋亡变化情况。结果再灌注24 h后,与A组相比,P组左室压最大上升速率、左室压最大下降速率恢复更明显,心肌细胞凋亡率更低(P<0.05)。结论破格救心汤能够显著改善心脏骤停家兔复苏后心功能,减少心肌细胞的凋亡,对心脏起到有效的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Poge Jiuxin decoction on cardiac function and cardiomyocyte apoptosis after resuscitation in rabbits with cardiac resuscitation. Methods The 30 rabbits were divided intothe Poge Jiuxin（P） group, the adrenaline（A） group and the sham（S） group. After the recovery of three groups of corresponding administration： P group（epinephrine pshd）, A group（adrenaline）, S group（drinking water）. The changes of cardiac function and cardiomyocyte apoptosis were observed. Results In P group,the levels of ＋d P/dtmax、-d P/dtmax were significantly restored, and the apoptotic rate of cardiomyocytes was lower than in the A group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Poge Jiuxin decoction can significantly improve cardiac function after cardiac resuscitation in rabbits, reduce the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes.
