摘要：目的:观察当归挥发油对小鼠胃肠动力的影响。方法:通过测定小鼠胃排空和肠推进运动情况,研究当归挥发油对正常小鼠和胃肠痉挛模型小鼠胃肠动力的影响。结果:当归挥发油对正常小鼠胃排空运动有一定的抑制作用(P<0.05),对正常小鼠肠推进运动未见明显影响;对胃肠痉挛模型小鼠胃排空和肠推进运动具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:当归挥发油对小鼠胃肠动力具有一定抑制作用。
Objective：To observe the volatile oil on gastrointestinal motility of mice.Methods：Through testing gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive motility in mice to study the effect of volatile oil on gastrointestinal motility in normal mice and mice with gastrointestinal spasm.Results：The volatile oil could inhibit gastric emptying movement in normal mice（P0.05）,but no obvious effect on intestinal propulsive movement;and it could also inhibited gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion on mice with gastrointestinal spasm model（P0.05）.Conclusion：The volatile oil could inhibited gastrointestinal motility in mice.
