摘要：目的考察脱管散对外伤性伤口感染的临床疗效。方法将外伤性感染伤口患者104例随机分为治疗组(手足、臂部、腿部)与对照组,治疗组采用外敷脱管散治疗,对照组采用呋喃西林30ml湿敷治疗,每2d换药1次,连续3周,观察治疗后创面的肉芽组织及分泌物、创面面积及有效率。结果治疗后3周,治疗组伤口有大量鲜红肉芽组织,伤口分泌物量少无异味;两组患者伤口面积改善较治疗前均有统计学意义(P<0.05),手足部治疗后两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),臂部及腿部比较治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者手足部治疗有效率分别为40.7%、37.0%;臂部治疗有效率分别为44.4%、33.2%,腿部治疗有效率分别为46.3%、34.1%。结论中药脱管散具有拔毒化腐、敛疮生肌、杀菌抗炎消肿止痛的功效,能促进外伤性感染伤口的愈合。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Tuoguansan powder for traumatic wound infections.Methods One hundred and four cases of traumatic wound infections were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with external application of Tuoguansanpowder while the control group was given 30 ml nitrofurazone as a wet compression therapy.The wounds were dressed every two days for three consecutive weeks.After three weeks of treatment,wound granulation tissue and secretion,wound size and the effective rate were observed.Results After three weeks of treatment,the treatment group had a large amount of red wound granulation tissue but a small amount of secretion without much odor.The difference in wound improvement was statistically significant after treatment（P〈0.05）,but was not statistically significant in the level of improvement of hand and foot wounds after treatment（P〉0.05）.Arm and leg wounds improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The effective rate was 40.7%in the treatment group and 37%in the control group.The effective rate of arms was 44.4%in the treatment group and 33.2%in the control group,compared to 46.3%and 34.1%respectively for legs.Conclusion Tuoguansanpowder can help restore muscle health,control inflammation,relieve pain,and promote the healing of traumatic wound infections.
