摘要:黄芪建中汤为东汉张机(字仲景)所创,以治疗各种虚损性疾病为历代医家所推崇,当代则多用于证属中焦虚寒之脾胃系疾病。文章通过对黄芪建中汤方源记载和方义衍变两方面进行文献综述,并综述其现代研究,旨在通过探讨该方的研究进展为该方的临床应用提供新的思路。
The Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(黄芪建中汤)was created by Zhang Ji in the Eastern Han dynasty.It was highly praised by doctors of all ages for treating various kinds of deficiency and damage diseases.At present,it is mostly used to treat spleen and stomach diseases with deficiency and cold in middle-Jiao(中焦).In this paper,through the literature review of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction’s source and evolution of prescription meaning,and review its modern research,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical application of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction by discussing its research progress.
