摘要：目的:研究中药方剂治疗胃癌的用药特征,建立中药抗胃癌效应数学模型。方法:检索近30年医学期刊发表有关治疗胃癌临床疗效好的中药方剂,提取元数据建立“治疗胃癌中药方剂数据库”,统计用药功效、归经、性味等特征,从显性和隐性2个角度挖掘各医家胃癌治疗的遣方用药规律,构建中药抗胃癌效应数学模型。结果:符合纳入标准的方剂176首,单味药210味,有18味药是差异有统计学意义的特色核心药。通过对核心药的特征进行单因素分析,补虚药和脾经药表现活跃,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过对药物所有特征进行多因素分析,脾经和甘味药具有抗胃癌效应(回归系数>0且P<0.01)。结论:中药特征与其抗胃癌效应关系密切,通过对比单因素和多因素分析结果,揭示出药物特征交互作用下的抗胃癌效应,为医生临床选方用药提供依据和重要参考。
Objective:To analyze The characteristics that Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treat gastric cancer,and to establish a mathematic model of anti-gastric cancer effect of Chinese medicine.Methods:Articles on Chinese medicine prescriptions with good clinical effect for gastric cancer in the medical journals during the past 30 years were screened.Metadata was extracted to establish a“database of Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating gastric cancer”,the characteristics of medication efficacy,and channel tropism nature and flavor was counted.The rules of prescriptions and medication for the treatment of gastric cancer from both the dominant and recessive perspectives were explored,and a mathematical model of the anti-gastric cancer effect of Chinese medicine was constructed.Results:A total of 176 prescriptions were included in the standard,with 210 single drugs.A total of 18 drugs were identified as the featured core drugs byχ2 test.Through univariate analysis of the characteristics of core drugs,tonic drugs and spleen meridian drugs were active with statistical differences(P<0.05);through multi-factor analysis of all the characteristics of the drugs,spleen meridian and sweet drugs have anti-gastric cancer effects(Regression coefficient>0 and P<0.01).Conclusion:The characteristics of Chinese medicine are closely related to its anti-gastric cancer effect.By comparing the results of single-factor and multi-factor analysis,the anti-gastric cancer effect under the interaction of drug characteristics is revealed,which provides basis and important reference for doctors in clinical selection of prescriptions and drugs.
