摘要:目的对紫花高乌头药材进行TLC检查并测定其主要生物碱高乌甲素、冉乌头碱的含量。方法采用TLC法对紫花高乌头进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定药材中乌甲素、冉乌头碱的含量;按《中国药典》中的方法测定其水分、灰分与浸出物的含量。结果紫花高乌头药材的TLC斑点清晰,分离度好;暂定药材的水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分分别不得过10.0%、11.0%、4.5%,醇溶性浸出物应不少于24.0%;紫花高乌头药材中高乌甲素、冉乌头碱的含量应不少于0.126%、0.018%。结论所用方法简便准确,可用于紫花高乌头药材的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE To identify Aconitum excelsum. Reichb by TLC and to determine the conlenls of lappacontine and ranaconitine in A. excelsum. METHODS The TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of A. excelsum. The contents of lappacontine and ranaconitine were determined by HPLC. At the same time, the moisture, ash and extractives were detected by the methods published in pharmacopeia. RESULTS The TLC results showed the spots developed clearly and the separation was good. The moisture, total ash and acid insoluble ash of A. excelsum were respectively less than 10. 0%,11.0% and 4. 5%,and the alcohol soluble extractives were not less than 24. 0%. The lappacontine and ranaconitine of A. excelsum were not less than 0. 126% and 0. 018%,respectively. CONCLUSION The method was sample and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of A. excelsum.
