摘要：血小板是人体内最小的血细胞对维持机体正常功能有重要作用,在临床上也是许多疾病诊断和治疗的重要指标之一,它与疾病的演变、预后关系密切,因此临床医务人员和患者对于血小板的减少很重视。影响血小板计数的因素很多,本文主要描述了一些引起血小板减少的因素,其中除了环境、饮食、疾病、药物、基因引起的血小板减少的因素外,还有由于仪器错误而引起的假性血小板减少的相关内容。为了解引起血小板减少的原因,为临床判断提供一定的依据,减少误诊、误治。
Platelets is the smallest blood cells in the human body to maintain the body＇s normal function. It has an important roleand is also one of the important indicators of many diseases ＇treatment.It is closely related to the evolution of disease and prognosis, so the clinical medical staff and patients attach great importance to the reduction of platelets. Factors that affect platelet count a lot and this paper describes some of the factors that cause thrombocytopenia. In addition to environment, diet, disease, drugs, genes, thepseudo thrombocytopeniacaused by instrument error is also existed. This paper is to understand the cause of thrombocytopenia and provide a basis for clinical judgmentto reduce the misdiagnosis and mistreatment
