摘要：慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)发病率高、症状多样且顽固,改良UPOINT表型根据CP常见的临床症状将其分为排尿不适症状、社会心理障碍、器官特异症状、感染、神经系统或全身症状、骨骼肌触痛症状和性功能障碍7个表型。研究发现,CP患者心理状况与勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)关系密切,在常规药物治疗基础上增加心理干预可明显改善CP患者ED,提高生活质量。目前CP患者心理状况引起ED发病的机制尚不清楚,治疗欠规范。本文基于改良UPOINT表型CP患者心理状况与ED的关系、发病机制、治疗研究进展等方面进行综述,以期为临床诊疗提供一定的依据。
Chronic prostatitis(CP)has high incidence,diverse symptoms and refractory treatment.According to the common clinical symptoms of CP,the modified UPOINT phenotype divides CP into 7 tables:urinary discomfort symptoms,psychosocial disorder,organ-specific symptoms,infection,neurological or systemic symptoms,skeletal muscle tenderness symptoms and sexual dysfunction.Studies find that the psychological status of CP patients is closely related to erectile dysfunction(ED).Adding psychological intervention on the basis of conventional drug treatment can significantly improve ED and the quality of life of CP patients.At present,the pathogenesis of ED caused by the psychological status of CP patients is still unclear,and the treatment is not standardized.This article reviews the relationship,pathogenesis and treatment research progress between psychological status and ED in CP patients with modified UPOINT phenotype,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
