摘要:文章着眼于基础教育改革的全球化趋势以及我国基础教育发展的现实要求,通过比较分析中外教育评价思想 演变发展的一般规律,讨论了我国新课程改革中教育评价的基本理念和方法。
The article devotes to the globalization of elementary educational reform and practical requirement of elementary educational development. By analyzing the difference of the general rule of the development educational evaluation thoughts between China and foreign countries , it also demonstrats the basic theory and methods of educational evaluation during the reform of the new curriculum in China.
