摘要:通过文献查阅,明确中药秦艽分布信息,实地采集秦艽药材79份。基于采样信息,利用秦艽药材指标成分和环境因子之间的回归模型,结合MaxEnt对生态适宜区的预测结果和指标成分的主成分分析结果,应用ArcGIS的空间分析功能对秦艽药材的品质进行空间分布估算。结果显示,陕西南部、甘肃南部、四川中部及西藏东南部秦艽药材综合品质较高。研究结果与秦艽药材的产区一致,可以为秦艽资源保护、开发和利用提供参考依据。
The 79 samples of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix were collected based on the distributed information by document litera- ture. Based on sample information, and using the regression model of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix index component and environmen- tal factors, and combined with the prediction results of ecological suitability by MaxEnt and principal component analysis results of in- dex component, the space distribution of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix was estimated with the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS. The results showed that it had a higher comprehensive quality in south of Shaanxi, south of Gansu, middle of Sichuan and southeast of Xi- zang. The study results were coinciding with the producing regions of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix. It can provide reference for Genti- anae Macrophyllae Radix resource conservation, development and utilization.
