摘要:目的通过分析中药车前子的生态适宜性分布,预测其适宜生长区域。方法通过网络资料查阅和实地采集,收集中药车前子共580个样点信息(其中车前325个、平车前255个),综合55个生态因子,应用最大熵模型和地理信息系统分析车前和平车前的生态适宜性分布。结果影响车前和平车前生态适宜性的主要环境因子是降水量、坡度、温度、海拔、植被类型、土壤亚类;最适宜生境主要集中在陕西、安徽、四川、浙江、江西、黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、山西、河北、河南、山东、甘肃南部等地,因物种不同,生境和分布区域不同。结论本研究所生成车前和平车前生态适宜性区划图可为合理选择优质中药车前子种植地区提供依据。
Objective To predict the suitable growth areas of Plantaginis Semen through analyze its ecological suitability distribution.Methods Through online data search and field collection,580 samples of Plantaginis Semen were collected(Among them,there were 325 samples of Plantago asiatica L.,255 samples of Plantago depressa Willd.).Based on 55 ecological factors,the maximum entropy model and GIS technology were used to analyze the distribution of ecological suitability of P.asiatica L.and P.depressa Willd..Results The main environmental factors affecting the ecological suitability of P.asiatica L.and P.depressa Willd.in China are precipitation,slope,temperature,altitude,vegetation type and soil subtype.The most suitable habitats of Plantaginis Semen are mainly concentrated in Shaanxi,Anhui,Sichuan,Zhejiang,Jiangxi,Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning,Shanxi,Hebei,Henan,Shandong,and south of Gansu.Due to different species,the habitats and distribution areas of P.asiatica L.and P.depressa Willd.are different.Conclusion In this study,the ecological suitability zoning map of P.asiatica L.and P.depressa Willd.is obtained,which can provide the basis for choosing the planting area of Plantaginis Semen of high quality reasonably.
