摘要:本文采用5种方法对不同制备方法所得的金银花精油分子包合物进行含油量测定,并在精密度和准确度方面进行分析比较。结果表明,干燥湿重法的RSD值大于5%,精密度不合格,紫外分光光度法回收率低于80%,准确度不合格;其他3种方法的RSD值均不超过5%。回收率均在80%~120%的范围之内,具有良好的精密度和准确度,并且能够体现不同制备方法所导致包合物含油量的差异性。5种方法中,挥发油测定法最佳,能够在分子包合物含油量测定中代替气相色谱法,为分子包合物制备方法的筛选优化提供可靠依据。
It aims to provide the the best method for oil content determination of molecular inclusion complexes.Five methods were used to determine the oil content of molecular claths obtained by different preparation methods,and they were analyzed and compared in terms of precision and accuracy.The relative standard deviation(RSD)value of the drying wet gravimetric method was greater than 5%,and the precision was unqualified.The recovery rate of UV spectrophotometry was less than 80%,and the accuracy was unqualified.The RSD value of the other three methods was not more than 5%,and the recovery rate was within the range of 80%~120%,with good precision and accuracy.Moreover,the five methods can reflect the differences in the oil content of the clath caused by different preparation methods.Among the five methods,the volatile oil determination method is the best,which can replace the gas chromatography method in the determination of the oil content of molecular clathrates,and provide a reliable basis for the screening and optimization of molecular clath preparation methods.
