摘要:本文旨在优选加减身痛逐瘀汤的提取工艺。以龙胆苦苷、羌活醇、异欧前胡素的含量及干膏得率为考察指标,以溶剂倍数、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法,筛选加减身痛逐瘀汤的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为加16倍量95%乙醇,于50℃超声提取3次,每次50min。优化后的提取工艺稳定可靠,为进一步开发利用该处方提供数据支持。
To optimize extraction conditions of modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction.With the content of gentiopicrin,notopterygol and isoimperatorin and dry extract rate as indexes,L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal design was used to screen the optimal extraction technology of modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction with ethanol volume,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times as factors.Optimized extraction technology was extracted 3 times at 50℃with 16 times the amount of 95%ethanol,50min per time.This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible,which can provide data support for the further development and utilization of the prescription.
